I was Daniel’s creative partner for 8 years; made the best creative work of my career with him. I've been lucky enough to work with Daniel Pradilla at two different agencies. First at CP+B where I was a CD and ECD. And then for many years at WorkInProgress, where I am cofounder and CCO.
He is an incredibly passionate and gifted creative and Creative Director with a fantastic eye for concepts, design, and aesthetics. His talents are far-reaching, and he isn't afraid of getting his hands dirty. While working together, he delivered conceptual ideas, created beautiful mood boards and designs, crafted incredible comps that sold ideas, brought in new business, filmed social video tests with drones, contributed photography to the office decor, proactively brought and saw through real-time social ideas that garnered massive earned media, shepherded celebrity ladden shoots, and so much more.
It's also worth mentioning that he is a lovely and caring person who puts the work and people first.
Last but not least, he truly embodies being a work in progress, consistently pushing himself and his craft.

Daniel and I worked as creative team for two years at WorkInProgress. Our time together was a sincere pleasure. Daniel is a true art director -- his attention to detail is thorough and unwavering. He holds up an extremely high creative bar, refusing to settle for mediocrity.
We produced work together that I'm incredibly proud of, including an Obie Award-winning campaign for Seven-Word Lessons, and a One Show shortlisted project for Mike's Hard Lemonade. More than anything, however, I'll always appreciate the friendship we developed from our time collaborating together. I have worked with Daniel for over 10 years, most recently at WorkInProgress ad agency in Boulder, CO. Daniel is a passionate and talented art director and designer. He has a way of thinking of big ideas and bringing them to life visually in compelling and dynamic ways. He’s an easy collaborator and a fun person to work with. He has a heart of gold and treats everyone with true kindness. He is a well prepared presenter and can pitch work to anyone. Daniel is also an extremely hard worker and is always willing to stick with a project to see it through to become the best it can be. And it would be remiss of me not to mention he’s a pretty decent soccer player with a great first touch.

Daniel and I go way back. As a team, we did really well at ad school, where we scored multiple Clio Awards, Addys and several Academy of Art University’s Gold and Best in Show medals. We also won the First DMA Echo Award for Social Action for a project that was born at school. Then we’ve been lucky enough to continue to collaborate on many projects as we worked for ad agencies (Crispin & Porter, DDB, WIP, Venables) and clients (Amazon.) Dani is a great thinker and exquisite designer, one of the finest art directors I’ve seen in the field. He’s an awesome team player and a so-so soccer player. Jokes aside, Dani is really a pleasure to work with. I look forward to more of that actually.
